1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Petsy (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

Petsy provides tools for pet owners to manage pet content, including the ability to authenticate with TikTok and upload videos to TikTok using TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload to Petsy. By uploading content, you grant Petsy a limited license to process and display the content solely for providing the Service.

5. TikTok Login Kit

Petsy integrates TikTok Login Kit to allow users to authenticate using their TikTok account. With user permission, Petsy may access basic profile information such as username and avatar. Petsy does not access or store any information beyond what is explicitly authorized by the user.

6. TikTok Content Posting API

Petsy uses TikTok Content Posting API to upload videos to TikTok on behalf of the user. Petsy will only upload videos that the user explicitly selects and approves. Petsy does not upload any content without user consent.

Petsy does not store TikTok access tokens longer than necessary to complete the upload process.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or interferes with the operation of the Service.

8. Modifications to the Service

Petsy may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Termination

Petsy may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Petsy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Petsy is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
